• Your car will only receive original, genuine Mercedes Benz parts using Mercedes diagnostics.

• Your car will be serviced by Dealership Trained Technicians in an independent Mercedes Servicing Centre.

• Your car will only have Mobil One fully synthetic Oil and Lubrication.

• Your car will retain the Manufacturers Warranty with our service (click here).

• Your car would typically cost £49 for an 'A' and £99 for the 'B' Service excluding parts and VAT. This applies to cars with Assyst servicing system. This will include diagnostics with the Mercedes Benz approved Star diagnostics system.

• Servicing costs for cars with Assyst plus i.e. cars that have services A, B, C, D, E, F and G will be £60 plus parts and VAT for service A and £120 plus parts and VAT for services B, C, D, E, F and G. This cost will include the free diagnostic test as well as any software updates.

• Transmission oil change is necessary for all automatic cars, usually every forty thousand miles. This is not included in any service and is chargeable separately. The five speed gear box service costs £140 plus VAT and the seven speed gear box service costs £180 plus VAT.

• We are registered with Mercedes Benz for full technical support and have leased our computers from Mercedes Benz.

• Your Digital Service Book (DSB) for all cars manufactured after 2008 will be updated at every service & previous service history can be recalled to check what work is required on your car. This will help when you decide to eventually sell your car as your service history is legitimized is verifiable. Any garage that is unable to access the DSB will be unable to update your service history.

• In addition new cars have a constant requirement of periodic updating of the software on the motor electronics, electronic transmission adaptive brake systems. We at monly can provide this service for you free of charge as part of your general service

• We can stamp your service book for cars before 2008 and update the Digital Services Book (DSB) after 2008.
